Is this legal? No grey schemes?

We operate within Russian migration and labour law. All paperwork goes through state channels. The candidate signs an official labour contract, gets a visa, work permit and applies for citizenship through the legal route. We show company registration documents on request when the partner contract is signed.

Does the candidate pay anything for the move?

Zero. Absolutely nothing. Flight, documents, visas, housing in the first months, meals, support — all on us. If anyone tells a candidate "you need to pay something up front" — that's a scam, not us. We can issue this in writing for you to show your candidates.

When and how do I get my commission?

Within 7 business days after your candidate is officially hired. We pay by bank transfer in USD/EUR, by Western Union or USDT — whichever suits you. Terms are fixed in the partner contract.

How are candidates screened?

We have our own verification service. We check documents, medical certificates, criminal background, run an interview before departure. This protects us and you: the risk of rejection is on our side — commission is paid only for candidates who actually relocate and get hired.

What if the candidate changes their mind or decides to go home?

Commission only accrues after successful hire — the financial risk of a "mid-journey changed mind" is on us. If the candidate leaves in the first 30 days by their own choice, that is their right — we pay the return flight. Passport always stays with the candidate — no document retention.
